The Products section in Miestro is the central hub for managing various elements of your online offerings. It encompasses several key components, including My Products, Media Library, Other Pages, Landing Pages, Portal Themes, and Quizzes. Each of these areas serves a unique purpose to help you create, organize, and manage your digital products and content more effectively.
My Products
The My Products section contains a comprehensive list of all the products you’ve created within Miestro. This area provides several essential features to help you manage your products with ease:
Categories Button: Located at the top of the page, the Categories button allows you to organize your products into different categories, helping you keep them structured and easy to manage as your catalog grows.
New Product Button: Next to the Categories button, the New Product button is where you go to create a new product. Clicking this will open a product creation workflow where you can define the type, content, and other details for your new offering.
Product Count: Below the New Product button, you’ll see the total number of products currently listed. This helps you keep track of the volume of products you’ve created at a glance.
Multiselect Toggle: Enabling the Multiselect toggle allows you to select multiple products simultaneously. This is especially useful for bulk actions such as cloning or deleting several products at once, saving you time on repetitive tasks.
Filter and Sort: On the right-hand side, you'll find the Filter and Sort buttons. These features make it easy to locate specific products, especially when dealing with a large number of items. You can filter by various criteria and sort the list to display your products in a preferred order.
Product Details
Each product in the list is displayed with several key details:
Thumbnail or Cover Image: This is a visual representation of your product, making it easy to identify at a glance.
Product Name: The name of the product is prominently displayed alongside the thumbnail.
Product Type: Below the product name, you will see the type of product (e.g., video membership, online course, or community), giving you a clear indication of the format of each offering.
Enrollment Details: For online courses or community products, the number of enrolled members is displayed, providing a quick snapshot of the product's reach and engagement.
Content Count for Video Memberships: If the product is a video membership, you will also see the total number of video contents available within that membership.
Product Actions
On the right-hand side of each product entry, you’ll find several action buttons to manage that specific product:
Product Link: This is the direct URL to your product, which you can easily copy and share with your audience.
Publish/Unpublish: Toggle the visibility of your product using this button. It allows you to publish the product for your audience or unpublish it if you need to make edits or temporarily take it down.
More Options (Three Dots): Clicking the three dots will open a dropdown menu with additional actions such as previewing the product, editing its details, or deleting it entirely.
