The Other Pages section in Miestro is where you customize a variety of important system pages, such as the Unsubscribe, 404 Error, Sign In, Sign Up, and Thank You pages. These pages are essential for user interactions, including managing email subscriptions, handling errors, and facilitating sign-ins or product purchases. Customizing these pages allows you to maintain a consistent brand experience throughout your platform.
Key Pages to Customize
- Unsubscribe/Unsubscribe Success Page: This is the page visitors land on when they choose to unsubscribe from your email list. Customizing this page allows you to create a smooth and professional experience while encouraging users to stay connected.
- 404 Error Page: The 404 Error Page is shown when a visitor lands on a non-existent or broken link. Personalizing this page helps you guide users back to relevant content and avoid a poor user experience.
- Sign In and Sign Up Pages: These pages are where users will create an account or log in to access your products. Customizing them can ensure that they align with your branding and provide a seamless entry point for your users.
- Thank You Page: This page is displayed when someone successfully purchases a product. Customizing this page allows you to express gratitude, provide next steps, or cross-sell additional products.
Page Customization Features
On the right-hand side of each page entry, you’ll find two buttons that give you access to page customization and previews:
- Edit Button: Clicking the Edit button will open up the page editor, where you can fully customize the page’s appearance and content.
- Preview Button: This allows you to preview the page before making it live, giving you an opportunity to see how the changes will appear to your users.
Page Editor
Once you click the Edit button, the editor page opens, where you can tailor the design and functionality of each page. The editor is equipped with a variety of tools on the left-hand side to help you create a customized experience:
- Background Customization: You can change the background color or upload an image that fits your branding. This helps in creating visually appealing and consistent pages across your site.
- Logo: You can upload and adjust your logo, ensuring that all your pages maintain brand consistency.
- Mobile Optimization: The editor also includes mobile optimization tools, allowing you to adjust how the page appears on mobile devices. Given the growing importance of mobile-friendly design, this feature ensures that users have a seamless experience across all devices.
Saving Your Changes
Once you've customized your page, it’s crucial to save your work. At the upper-right corner of the editor, you’ll find the Save and Save and Exit buttons. The Save button allows you to save your changes and continue working, while Save and Exit will save your changes and take you back to the Other Pages section.
By customizing these key pages, you can create a cohesive and branded experience for users throughout their journey, whether they’re unsubscribing from emails, encountering a broken link, signing in, or completing a purchase.
