How To Cancel Your Subscription

Step 1: From the Miestro dashboard, click the Plans section in the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Scroll to the Subscription section.

Step 3: Click the Cancel button. 

Step 4: From the pop-up box, click Continue to confirm that you’d like to cancel or Nevermind to maintain your subscription. You can also click the two support options from this screen to contact support or chat with support.  

NOTE: If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to unlimited features, first-class customer support, and the cloud storage you currently have. 

Step 5: If you click Continue, click an option to tell us why you’re leaving so we can continue to serve our customers better. 

Step 6: On the next screen, click the Click Here Now button to provide additional feedback on how we can assist you in having a great Miestro experience.
