Automations in Miestro allow you to streamline tasks, send messages, assign actions, and create a more dynamic experience for your users — all without manual effort. Here's how to get started building your first automation:
How to Create an Automation in Miestro
Step 1: Access the Automation Builder
From your Miestro dashboard, click the Automation tab in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Create a New Automation
Click the Create Automation button in the center of the builder.
Enter a name for your automation in the Automation Name field.
Then click Create Automation to proceed.
Step 3: Add a Trigger
To start building your automation, click Add Trigger.
A list of available triggers will appear on the left — choose one to begin the automation flow.
Step 4: Add an Action
Click the plus (+) symbol below your selected trigger.
From the menu on the left, choose an Action, Timing, or Logic step to follow your trigger.
Each selection defines what happens next (e.g., send an email, wait a set time, apply a tag, etc.).
Step 5: Continue Building Your Workflow
Repeat the process by adding more actions, delays, or conditions to complete your automation sequence.
You can build as simple or complex a workflow as needed.
