Integrating with BoomFi

Overview

This guide will walk you through setting up cryptocurrency payments for your video membership platform using Boomfi's integration with Miestro. Boomfi is a crypto wallet solution that charges a flat 2% per transaction with no additional fees, offering a streamlined setup process for accepting cryptocurrency payments.

Prerequisites:

• A Miestro account

• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency transactions

• Email address and phone number

Step 1: Create Your Boomfi Account

1. Navigate to the Boomfi signup page. CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP

2.  Enter your required information:

   1. First name

   2. Last name

   3. Email address

   4. Phone number

      

       

3. Click "Create Account"

4. Complete any additional verification steps as prompted

Step 2: Generate API Key in Boomfi

1. Log into your Boomfi dashboard

2. Navigate to Settings

   

    

3. Select the "API" Section

   

    

4. Click "Create API Key"

   

    

5. Name your API key (e.g., "Miestro API").

   

    

6. Click "Create"

   

    

7. IMPORTANT: Copy the API key immediately and save it securely, as it will only be shown once

   

    

 Step 3: Connect Boomfi to Miestro

1. Log into your Miestro account

2. Go to Settings

   

    

3. Select "Integrations"

   

    

4. Find Crypto then click "Connect"

   

    

5. Paste your Boomfi API key into the designated field

   

    

6. Click "Connect"

   

    

 Step 4: Enable Crypto Payments for Your Products

1. Navigate to the Products section in Miestro

2. Select or create the video membership product you want to enable crypto payments for

3. In the pricing setup section, locate the crypto payment option

   

    

4. Check the box to enable cryptocurrency payments

   

    

5. Save your changes

   

    

Step 5: Monitor Your Transactions

• Access your Boomfi dashboard to view:

  • Revenue reports

  • Transaction history

  • Customer payment information

  • Payout options

• No KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for basic crypto transactions

• ID verification is only necessary when converting cryptocurrency to fiat currency
